Daniel Sarabia, Jr. was born in the Permian Basin. The oldest of two children, he spent his elementary school years in Odessa, Texas. As a child of a police officer and an elementary school teacher, Daniel was no stranger to hard work, public service, and community outreach. Coming from a diverse set of educational backgrounds, he attended Reagan Elementary School, Ector Junior High School in the Advanced Academic Placement Program, and Odessa High School where he continued his education in Advanced Placement and graduated with honors.

Seeking a higher education that would also keep him relatively close to his family, Daniel continued his education in Lubbock, Texas where he attended Texas Tech University and graduated with honors. He received his Bachelor's Degree in General Business, and immediately attended Texas Tech University School of Law where he attained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in May 2011.

After passing the bar examination, Daniel was licensed in November 2011 and began practicing law in Midland and Odessa, Texas where he was determined to make an impact within his community by helping the those in the areas of law he felt he would be the most impact with his experience: Personal Injury and Criminal Defense.

Felix Neboh was born and raised in Odessa, Tx. An Alumni of Permian High school, Felix then went on to University of Texas El Paso where he majored in Criminal Justice and also played Wide Receiver for the UTEP football team. After a few years Felix went on to Truman State University, where he received his bachelors degree in criminal Justice, all while wrapping up his athletic career as a member of the football team. Felix attended Oklahoma City University school of law where he attained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in May of 2020. After passing the New Mexico UBE with the Texas approved score, Felix became licensed in both New Mexico and Texas January 2021 and is now practicing law in Odessa, Midland and the greater West Texas area.
